You need to complete 12th in science stream from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English as core subjects, having Biology as additional is also applicable. In addition to this, there's requirement of PCM aggregate being 50% for general category, 40% in case of OBC/ST/SC, 45% for PWD
in order to be eligible to appear for NEET.
As per the information given by you, your highest qualification is 10th, so you can't appear for NEET bases on this. You can complete your 12th with aforementioned requirements. Private Students and even NIOS candidates are eligible, so you can consider taking that route as well.

Neet 2020 form date has been over and now you cannot participate in it, you cab try for the same next year.
