To be eligible for mba, minimum qualification required is graduation so it's your graduation percentage which matters for being eligible. There's no fixed requirement in 12th to be eligible for mba, so even if you have passed 12th with just passing percentage you are eligible for mba . But yes,
The more percentage you get in 12th , the better it is, because during admission your 10th , 12th , and graduation marks are base of your academic qualification and helps you in getting admission amongst the stiff competition for admission.

Cat is the most reputed entrance examination for MBA and it is accepted by more than 1100 B- schools including prestigious IIMs and its eligibility criteria says that
you need a Bachelor's/graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
you must have got at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in your graduation . SC/ST/PH students need only at least 45 percentage in Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline to be eligible .
Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible for CAT examination.
There is no age restriction to be eligible
It is not mandatory to have work experience to be eligible
