Hello Aspirant,
See MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur is demanding college among most of REAP applicants and along with this the branches Civil and Electrical are also in much demand so it is quite difficult that any seat might be left vacant for spot round because there are three rounds apart from spot round and most of the seats are filled through it.
But still you can try for it because the above prediction as per previous year's cut-offs and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Dear aspirant,
MBM College of Engineering is a government institute. Getting admission in this Institute requires filling of choices through REAP Counselling. In this Institute, only the vacant seats are filled by the spot round. Spot round of counselling occurs only after all rounds of REAP counselling are over. Further more, the most important thing to notify is, spot round counselling occurs generally only for self finance scheme branches. Since Civil and electrical engineering our core branches, it is highly unlikely that you will get admission in MBM College of Engineering in these branches through spot round of counselling. In spot round of counselling, the general branch that you make get is electronics and communication and IT. So I hope you understand the gravity of the situation. The spot round of counselling shall be notified only in the newspapers only in case there is vacancy in the seats of the branches in the institute.
In my perspective, instead of waiting for the spot round of counselling, you should look for other alternative colleges which you may seek for admission for pursuing graduation. This way you will have a backup rather than waiting on a single option. You should explore your options and should compare various colleges in order to see which college is best for admission. In order to compare colleges based on their merits and demerits all you need to do is just click on this link:-
