Hi Shelesh. You can pursue M. A. in Political Science after the completion of your graduation. Some reputed educational institutes demand for a minimum percentile of 45%-50% in graduation as qualifying criteria. So, you need to take care of that. And if the university / college will support Hindi medium, then, you'll be able to give exams in hindi.

Shelesh, You can not give entrance of M.A. untill and unless you complete your bachelors.
