JEE Main Paper 1 will be available in both English and Hindi languages.

The JEE Main paper is printed predominantly in 2 languages viz. English and Hindi. Now it is up to you to select the language of your preference which you can do during the time of registration.

No you can't be able to write the JEE entrance examination in both the languages because at the time of filling the JEE mains form you are supposed to be asked to choose the one language either it will be Hindi or English. So better go with your most preferred option.
