Yes, you can study bio medical engineering even if you are a PCB student means you don't have maths.
But yes ,
Only a few engineering colleges offer bio medical engineering to PCB student without maths
For example,
NITs offer biomedical engineering but you aren't eligible as for the same maths is mandatory in 10+2.
You can pursue bio medical engineering without having maths in class 12th in SRM

Academics
Eligibility Required
********** All B.Tech(except Biotechnology, Bio-medical Engineering & Genetic Engineering)
10+2 /equivalent examination
with at least 50 percent.
Physics, Chemistry,& Maths as main subjects in 12th /equivalent
†††† For SRM AP branch it is at least 60% in 12th.
B.Tech Biotechnology,
Biomedical Engineering
Genetic Engineering
10+2 or equivalent examination
Must study physics, Chemistry and anyone of the following :-
------)Mathematics or
------) Biology or
------) Botany or
------)Zoology or
------)Biotechnology as main subjects in 12th.
********** Others
12th from NIOS is accepted but should have done 10th from regular board and not from NIOS
International Baccalaureate (IB) / Diploma / A-level with
Physics,
Chemistry and
Mathematics / Biology OR Botany OR Zoology OR Biotechnology as main subjects
are also eligible
