Send an email to the authority of sundardeep College Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh a request for remit you   the money after deducting the 5% to 15% fees as service charge. This Is a normal process for the student who diny  to take admission in the respective college. Any fees. Paid by the student will be refunded to the student by deducting 5% or 15% fees as service charge. This amount should be transferred directly to the student bank account. College is bound to refund the fees after deduction. If it not acts Then go to the higher authority of Education department of UP for to solve your problem.It will act very fast.
