D.Pharm. is a diploma course for two years divided in 4 semesters. It is the course that train a candidate to work under the supervision of some licenced pharmacist in pharmaceutical field.

While B.Pharm. is a 4 year undergraduate program which is cumpolsory for anyone who wants to be a pharmacist. It trains you to be able to study and prepare different drugs (or medicine).

Careerwise B.Pharm. has a lot more scope than D.Pharm. A bachelors degree will always help you in any place you want to work. It also opens the gate for you for higher studies or get some specialization. Still it depends on you how you would like to see your career as.
