Dear student, you can definitely pursue BTech from Zakir Hussain college by getting lateral entry after completing your diploma course. For this, you need to score at least 50% in a diploma course and score the specified marks clearng cutoff in entrance exam for lateral entry students.

Hello student there's no lateral entry in B.tech at zakir hussain college. diploma holders considered as normal students so you need to full fill the eligibility criteria which is mentioned below for taking admission in zakir hussain college
The students applying for B.tech and B.Arch courses should have passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board or possess diploma in Engineering. Candidates should also procure minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.
Though there is no B.Tech option for Diploma holders, AMU offers B.E in Evening classes. However this course is for working professionals who would like to pursue BE for being eligible for promotions.
