sir mena uptu councelling ma seat float krdi but 20000rs fees pay ni kra by mistake kya ma kisi process se second round ma part le sakta hu sir please tell me sir ????

Hello there, hope you are doing good.
I would like to tell you that unfortunately you can not appear for the second round of admission as it is mandatory to pay the fees and reserve your seat in the first round. As you have not paid the fees you are not eligible to go for the next round in the process.
