Hello Student,
As you just have passed your ten plus two level, you can go to do any of the discipline either BA or BSc. Delhi builder criteria of UPSC is just you age should be between 21 to 32 years old. And you should pass your graduation level from any discipline.
But my personal choice is bachelor of arts if you are preparing for UPSC examination. Because throughout the course you can learn some optionals of UPSC as well. And you will get enough time to take coaching for UPSC.
