NO ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET INTO ANY GOOD ENGINEERING COLLEGE BECAUSE OF SUCH POOR RANKING BUT YOU CAN TRY OTHER COLLEGES. GOOD LUCK.

Your rank is very low to get admission in any college through jee mains counselling . If you are looking for BIT Mesara, you should have secured category rank under 10,000.
Your board marks are nice. You can look for other private colleges.
