Hello Dear,
Firstly you will give JEE mains and you cross the cut off of JEE mains then you are eligible for give JEE advanced . Through the JEE advanced examination if you get a good rank then you are eligible for take admission in IIT and NIT .
But there is a some basic criteria like pass out 12 with 75% (PCM ) for general category ,OBC category and for SC ST category 65% is mandatory.
When you cross the criteria you are eligible for admission . But with low percentage you are not eligible for high reputed college and government college also .You are only get admission in low reputed private college .
You study hard for JEE mains. And give again JEE mains and 12th examination.
