Well you can go for private medical colleges counselling in any state but for government medical colleges counseling, you can attend only in your state.
With your marks getting a government medical college is not possible through AIQ as well.as state quota.
For private colleges also, in some states chances are there but in many states there are no chances like in Karnataka, Bihar and many other states where the cut off for private colleges is very high.
