As per the NEET 2019 eligibility criteria, a candidate is required to complete 17 years of age either at the time of admission or else on or before December 31, 2019. The candidates belonging to unreserved category must not be more than 25 years of age to fulfil the NEET eligibility criteria 2019.

There is no issue with the gap between class 10+2. You should be passed class 12th with minimum 50% PCB aggregate score as General & 40% as a reserved category.
The age limit for General category is 25 years & 30 years as reserved category. If you meet the eligibility then you can apply.
