Dear student,

Here is link for the eligibility criteria for jac delhi:

You can check whether you are eligible or not. Since you did not mention your category, i will assume that you belong to general category. I'm sorry to say that you are not eligible for jac delhi as you need at least 60% for B.Tech in NSUT, IGDTUW and DTU and 70% for iiit delhi.
