You can't change college now as you have already taken admission. Now nothing can be changed. For some issue and problems that are going on the college may have not started the new session. They may start soon.

Until that time do self-study. Try to get the resourses and study by yourself. There are many things to learn.

Along with this you can contact to your college and ask regarding the starting of session. They may inform you if they are starting nearby dates or they will share their concern and say what is the problem.

There are emergency issues are going on and they will be solved by time only. Those includes public places like colleges and schools.

So do accordingly or share your concern to your guardian. they can help you better. Contact to any senior if you know and ask him/her to guide you how to move on in the situation maintaining your studied upto level.
