You can apply for IITJEE Exam but to get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs, You should have a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Class 12th or equivalent examination. For SC/ST/PwD category You must have secured at least 65% marks in qualifying examination.

Hey Khushal,
Yes You can appear for JEE Mains. But You are currently not eligible for IIT,NIT and IIITs. As they require at least 75% for General and OBC candidates and 65% for SC/ST. Still you can appear in improvement.
But You are eligible for Admission in government colleges like NSIT,Delhi or Jadavpur University. And many more who has lesser Eligiblity criteria. So yes there are still options of government colleges available.
