Hello Shyam,
Yes, you can apply for NDA (National Defence Academy) conducted by UPSC
as the eligibility criteria for the Army wing is candidate should have passed
10+2 from a recognized board ,For Airforce and Navy Wing candidate should
have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics in 10+2.
Age limit for NDA is 16.5 years to 19.5 years old.

Hello,
I think no because you wont fit in eligibility criteria:
Minimum educational qualification for NDA Exam is 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory.
But the required age criteria which should be from 16.5 years to 19 years and that very important.If are inside the age bar then you can apply.
