Hello,
The age limit of NDA 2021 is :
- For NDA 1, the candidate should be born not earlier than July 2, 2001 and not later than July 1, 2004
- For NDA 2, candidate should be born not earlier than January 2, 2002, and not later than January 1, 2005
So, you won't be eligible for NDA 2 as you are not eligible based on age limit. So, you can not submit NDA 2 form. However, you are eligible for NDA 1.
