See maths is very important if you belong to science background. In my view ,right time to make your maths strong is when you are in 12.
If you have completed your intermediate then I believe that your base of maths would be good .
So without any fear you can proceed for b.tech.
if your maths is little weak then you have to work little harder than others. But there's no problem you can proceed for b.tech .

See maths is very important if you are in science(engineering field).Without a good grip in maths it will be very difficult for you to develop understand on various concepts.
But you should not run away from your weakness and instead you should face them and make it your strength.Its not a big task if you will be determined to deal with your fear of maths.If you will run away from it then it will definitely haunt you but if you will stand and deal with it then you will eliminate those fear step by step.Bring out all the NCERTs and take RS Agarwal as reference of class 8-12 and try solving questions chapterwise.There are lots of education portals and channels that will be beneficial for you in case of any doubt you can refer to them.
There is no shortcut and there is only hard way.
So, take your copies, pens and books and just start solving.

As you mentioned, you have an ITI degree and you want to do B.Tech in ME, I suggest you to do a Diploma in Mechanincal Engineering branch, after that you will be eligible for lateral entry into B.Tech stream in most of the colleges such as DTU, Manipal university, some IITs, BITS, Kalinga University, etc..

For improoving your maths skills, you may practise your old school books of 11th and 12th. Practising some JEE coaching material will make your mathematics skills even more stronger.
