For OBC category the cutoff for CSE branch is :- 24713-28196 for Jee mains exam.

So you can go for the college and apply for it and you will get an admission for sure. Your rank is good enough to get a college. As colleges normally have a rank cutoff above 1K. Even for IITs which accepts JEE advance only.

So yes you will get one.
