As you have mentioned that your neet score is 505 marks, you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, looking previous year's cutoff trend for bams you can easily get admission in bams in government medical colleges nad private medical colleges . 480+ marks for general category and 450+ marks for SC/STwould easily secure a seat in government medical colleges.
