Yes, you will he eligible for RRB Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP). The eligibility criteria for RRB ALP is that a candidate should behave passed 10th pass and should hold an ITI Certification(approved by NCVT / SCVT), or Diploma Engineering except for CSE or Civil engineering.
The applicant should be 18 to 30 years old.
So, once you complete your ITI, you will be eligible for admission.
