Hello Sudhir, with 150 marks in NEET UGET 2019, it is very difficult to get admission in any college for MBBS course. As you belongs to Schedule caste category, but with only 150 marks, it is not possible to get admission in any college for MBBS. Hard luck this time.
Based on your NEET marks there are almost nil chances for you to get the MBBS seat anywhere in India. As these marks are very less that it cannot fetch you the MBBS or dental seat even through the reservation. But there are other bright career options you have to go for if your marks are less in NEET. A link is attached where you can find out the other carrer options you have.

Hello Sudhir, No, getting any of the government medical colleges at these marks is not possible even though you are from SC Category. The 2018 closing rank marks for the last admitted SC category was 326 in Government Medical College, Ratlam. Although, you can do get admission in private medical colleges through the paid seats. But no chance in government colleges.
Your chances is not their in any government as well as private medical colleges in india
Don't be sad you can try for next year might be you get better marks
I think if you want to pursue careers in medical than you can go for repeat or else their are many other course..
I hope it will help you
Good luck....
