I think you have little chance for government BAMS/BUMS...Rest depends on number of factors like your state rank, Category, no of government seats in your state etc.. Still attend the councelling till the end..

It is tough to tell you the exact. But based on this score the chances seems less to get a seat in Government colleges but you can try for the private colleges.
