sir mera UPSEE ka aplication form ka printout kho gya hai. kaise dobara prapt kren?please help me.

Its very sad to hear about the loss of application form. Since, all the work is online. You can always get a copy of your application form. First, you have to login with your credentials in UPSEE portal. If you are unable to do so, then click on forget username/password accordingly which you can't get. When you successfully login with your account, then click on application form option and download it.

As i can see in UPSEE site there is no link given for application form. I think there are two ways to get that. 1. You have to contact the conducting body through the given numbers in the UPSEE site.2. You can wait for admit cards to release and then doing the steps mentioned in answer to get the application form.
