Your marks after improvement mark will be considered as your final mark. There won't be any compartment and neither you have to give back paper again as you have cleared your papers in the improvement exam. In short your 2019 marks will be used s your valid marks but there will a option for improvement exam you have to put yes there as you have taken improvement exam.

You can continue your degree and you don't have to worry anymore for your 12th marks.

For this same reason only JEE has kept an option as appeared or appearing improvement exam. There for you it be yes. There will this question in further application when you apply and they will mostly consider the best result.
