You have not mentioned the exam your query is about. We suggest you to please read the instructions and guidelines given in the admit card and in those instructions and guidelines check if you there is any helpdesk details. If there are any discrepancies in the admit card even after furnishing the correct details you can contact the helpdesk and notify the mistake so that you will obtain a new admit card after corrections. You cannot ask for correction in the admit card if you have furnished the wrong information.
