Sir mere caste (certificateUP ka hai)sc hai both in M.P and U.P. and mujhe M.P ka state govt.college chahiye.will I get reservation.

If you have domicile of Madhya Pradesh then you ought to have a caste certificate of Madhya Pradesh itself, otherwise it won't work.
You should apply for it as soon as possible because Madhya Pradesh state college cannot accept a caste certificate of uttar Pradesh and both the certificates have to be upto date.
