As you said your expected marks in NEET for 233 and you have not mention the state of domicile. Although you have a category but still it will be really hard for you to get admission in this less marks in any government MBBS college. But there are 90% chances that you don't get government Medical College under this less marks why there are chances that you can get a management quota seat with these marks.
