It depends on various factors, for better information, please mention the details regarding the exam or college in which you are going to take admission.
If I talk about EWS Certificate from Central Government then it is valid for Central Government Institutions and Central Government Job Recruitments.
For Rajasthan State Institutions and Rajasthan State Government Jobs, I think you need to obtain EWS Certificate from Rajasthan State Government to claim your Rajasthan State EWS Reservation.
I will advise you to contact the examination or College Authorities in which you are going to take admission, you can also visit to your Nearest Tehsil for more information regarding EWS Certificate.
