sir mere pass up ka domicile h pr mein Delhi se hu aur upsee Dena chahti hu sir mujhe yeh puchna h kiii agar application form mein Delhi ka address dalluuu tohhh koii problem toh nhhhi hgiii ???? agar nhhhi tohhh sir vohhh recognise kese krege kiii Kon UP se h aur Kon other state se ??????????

UPSEE doesnt communicate through offline mode. All modes of communucation is online through your registered Email and mobile no#. But because you stay in Delhi, it is better to give Delhi Address. And when you submit your proof of documents like domicile certificate or study certificates, they recognise the State you are from. So please give Delhi's address and submit your domicile proofs like nativity certificate.
