see every year admission in any stream depends on certain criteria like number of candidates apply for this certain stream, students category, seat matrix etc. since every colleges has some sports quota or extra curricular activities seat reserved for specially certificate holders candidates you have an added advantage. however since your scores is quite low, there is less chances for tier 1 college.
