Hope you are doing great. As your family income is below one lakh, you belong to OBC NCL category, therefore,

1) if you join IIT Bombay through JEE Advanced, your total fee, will be INR 80,550.

2) if you join IIT Bombay through INMO, your total fee will be INR 1,13,550

3) if you join IIT Bombay through UCEED, your total fee will be INR 53,550.
