Sachin if you have qualified jee mains then you can go for jee mains counselling irrespective of your rank.

Although your rank will decide the college you get.

Bro your rank is good and you don't need to take any tension, ofcourse you are eligible for counseling.

For this i will prefer you a private college .but you should go gor 2 nd round counseling.

yes , look for cities and best college you can get and then apply.

Based on this rank, you will not get a seat in government colleges. Try for private colleges
