Unfortunately it is not possible to have a seat on any government colleges or any NITs with this percentile. But don't worry , you have the chances on autonomous and private colleges. There are many colleges in India those who are accept this Percentiles.

No, it is not possible to get any government college based on 63 percentile as your rank will be too high. But you can get good private colleges in your area with 63 percentile. If you want to get government college, i suggest you to give exam again.
