Hi, your 12th percentage doesn't affect much on your admissions. It is your rank in competitive exam that matters. There are some colleges that you can try in. It is difficult to say that you can get into specific college. It is strongly recommended that you apply to most of the colleges for betterment of your options and the chances of getting into a college increases as you have applied to many colleges. Your rank is not enough for getting into a government colleges. you can still apply into all the government colleges and see if you could possibly get into it.
