First of all, she can get the some private engineering in m.p. like lnct (bhopal), oriental institute(bhopal), and etc.
As there are the state level counselling also held so it is good to enroll at that counselling. The link for mp be counselling is down here

Now, as you ask for the jabalpur engg college, is it hard to get that college at that rank. But as a female candidate she might be get it in the 2nd round of allotment. Afterward the some other government colleges in m.p. Are too good and also private colleges are too good.
You have to do just fill the counselling registration and the choice wise allotment of colleges.
