Aap Kabhi jaa sakte ho, Kuch Dino Ka samay Diya hoga, unn Dino mein kabhibhi chalega. FC centers 5 bajetak khuley hotey hai. Uske pehle jaao, and subah bhi 9:30 Ke baad khultey hai. So in English, it's fine, you can go to the center whenever you want in the number of days specified by the DTE.  The time slot is from about 9:30 to 5, so make sure you go in that time slot.
