Yes, you can fill the personal details such as your name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth as per class 10th certificate details. For admission the details which are in the class 10th certificate will be considered. And you do not have to worry about the spelling mistake in Adhaar card, it is only for identification purpose, you can apply for correction in the nearest adhaar enrollment center later when it is possible. So you can fill the NEET application form by providing the details as given in the class 10th certificate.
