hello,

It would help more if you mention which college do You prefer or which state you prefer. But you should know that once you sit in the second counseling and get a seat in another college, the seat in the first college is automatically canceled whether the second allotment is of your choice or not. Your rank is very good and you can get many other colleges. You can also check this link to see the cutoffs of different colleges and see if you're eligible for them or not.
