I am glad to see that now, more and more girls are dreaming to become pilot. So, hereby I mention some important information:
Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) conducts a national level entrance test every year, which is known as IGRUA Entrance Test.
Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, trains students to become successful commercial pilots. It conducts entrance exam i.e. IGRUA entrance test for the course of Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
1. ELIGIBILITY:
(A) The candidate must be above the age of 17 years.
(B) The candidate applying should have passed in English at (10+2) level.
(C) General category candidate must have passed (10+2) level with 55% aggregate in physics and mathematics ( 50% for st/sc/obc)
2. EXAM MODE:
Online mode of examination (Computer Based Test).
3. SELECTION CRITERIA:
The selection criteria for the course include-
(i) The Online Written Examination.
(ii) Online Test is then followed by the Interview round.
(iii) And the final round is the Pilot Aptitude Test.
4. SUBJECTS AND QUESTIONS TYPE:
(i) The test includes questions from subjects like
(iii) Objective questions are only asked.
(iv) There is no negative marking.
