Sir my 10th marksheet my name spelling as Amrit srivastav but in my 12th and graduation marksheet my name appears as Amrit Srivastava .

honestly, that doesn't matter much. you can visit you school them and insist them on the correction of one of your markesheets if possible.
else you can get an undertaking made or a certificate made at the district magistrate office if you face any problems in admission.
you name should match with your aadhar card name.
