sir, my 12th marks in physics 21+23=44, chemistry 21+29=50, biology=56, I'm general category, can i have any problem during neet counseling or admission ..

Hey!
Since your score is below the 50th percentile, you won't be qualified for admissions through NEET counselling, if you belong to general category !
But since the qualifying criteria is different for other categories like OBC, SC, ST, etc. you won't have a problem if you belong to any of those!
