According to the marks mentioned by you in the question your total aggregate percentage in PCB comes out to be 55.33%, so you are eligible for admission to MBBS through NEET if you have not failed in either theory or practical in PCB and also note that you only have to pass in English subject and the marks you have mentioned clearly shows that you are passed in English so you are eligible for NEET if you also satisfies the age criteria which is described below. Because as per the NEET eligibility criteria
Your age should be above 17 or 17 because there is no upper age limit for NEET but there is minimum age limit for NEET which is 17 years which means that if you want to appear for NEET 2021 the you must have completed your 17 years on December 31st 2021, if all above eligibility criteria are fulfilled by you then you can appear for NEET UG 2021.
You can appear for NEET 2021 if you have passed your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also you should have your minimum aggregate of 50% for Unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. Also note that in your curriculum English subject should also be there.
