Sir my 12th result has not come yet and I have to delhi Delhi last date to fill the form is 22nd July: And the CBSE has not announced a date of result.

Hello,
CBSE has not declared the 12th result yet, but there are meetings going on between CBSE and UGC. CBSE has asked some time and most probably it will declare results before the admission process starts in Colleges. Students will not face any issue regarding it. So you don't need to panic.
