You can do MBA at any age, Age is not a criteria in doing MBA, But the problem lies at what you have done during these years, If you can justify your point for doing MBA so late to others than that will be enough for you a pursue a good career in management field, Even my class has students ranges from 30 years to 21 years so your age doesn't matter.

Talking about fees of MBA it varies from college to college you can do MBA from FMS DELHI or BHU in one or two lakhs while for colleges like IIM you have to spend 20-25 lakhs.
