Sir my aiims air 19602 sc 440 can i get any college and which round?

Dear Shubham,
According to last year the cut off rank for SC category in AIIMS was 20490. So given that your All India Rank is 19602 I think that you will be able to clear the cutoff and get any one of the AIIMS(probably not Delhi) in the later counselling rounds.
