First of all congratulations for securing 564 marks in neet. To be very true you have good chances of getting a govt.medical college in all india . For this you have to register yourself In all india counselling and fill as much colleges as you can because as the no. Of colleges will increase probability of getting a seat will also Increase. Moreover since you are from reserved category , it will also give you benefit for you in counselling process. I also advice you to take care for rajasthan quota also because there your chances are much higher

NEET is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admissions of students to various medical colleges under different courses.
With a AIR of 18000 and 564marks yes you may get a govt. medical college and maybe under state quota you may get MBBS too. However in all INDIA quota you have chances of getting MBBS but no assurance can be given at the moment but yes you will get a govt. seat.
